Disney normally brings us some classic Disney animated films. Ones we will remember and re-watch over and over again. This one is not going to be like that.
Disney Animation’s WISH welcomes audiences to the magical kingdom of Rosas, where Asha, a sharp-witted idealist, makes a wish so powerful that it is answered by a cosmic force—a little ball of boundless energy called Star. Together, Asha and Star confront a most formidable foe—the ruler of Rosas, King Magnifico—to save her community and prove that when the will of one courageous human connects with the magic of the stars, wondrous things can happen.
The story just seems flat and boring at times. It seems to be missing that Disney magic that most Disney films have. Children may enjoy this film, but I will say there is no humor here for the adults, not even would be a basic humor you could chuckle at.
If you have kids, this one may be for them. I would sugguest you still wait until it's on Disney Plus. This way, when the kids watch this, you can watch anything else you want.
