'Jungle Cruise' is on Disney+ and in Theaters July 30th, 2021.
If you are looking for a fun movie this weekend, look no further than at 'Jungle Cruise.' This movie stars two power house actors and has all the fun and Dad jokes you need for two hours.
Disney’s Jungle Cruise is a rollicking thrill-ride down the Amazon with wisecracking skipper Frank Wolff and intrepid researcher Dr. Lily Houghton. Lily travels from London, England to the Amazon jungle and enlists Frank’s questionable services to guide her downriver on La Quila—his ramshackle-but-charming boat. Lily is determined to uncover an ancient tree with unparalleled healing abilities—possessing the power to change the future of medicine. Thrust on this epic quest together, the unlikely duo encounters innumerable dangers and supernatural forces, all lurking in the deceptive beauty of the lush rainforest. But as the secrets of the lost tree unfold, the stakes reach even higher for Lily and Frank and their fate—and mankind’s—hangs in the balance.
Dwayne Johnson and Emily Blunt bring the adventure of a lifetime with how well they work together. The on screen chemistry they have together just work so well together. They have an awesome back and fourth that makes you laugh when you see it, and it makes you feel the emotion they have for each other.
Something that gets un-noticed in this film is the scenery. You will seem some awesome views of Amazon. It will make you to actually want to get on a plane and take your own boat ride.
If you and the family want a fun time this is the movie for you to see. If you live alone I wouldn't advising seeing this one, as this is a typical Disney movie. I do know there are some out there that will be like, I'll go alone, I love Disney, I know you do, I know. This movie just seems more fun with a group of a family or even friends to sit around, watch, and laugh out loud.
