'Hitman's Wife's Bodyguard' is in theaters nationwide Wednesday, June 16th, 2021.
This film is one you don't want to bring the kids too. As a matter of fact, don't bring your parents as well. Maybe just go alone so you can laugh at all the rauncy stuff and the F word about a thousand times.
The world’s most lethal odd couple – bodyguard Michael Bryce and hitman Darius Kincaid – are back on another life-threatening mission. Still unlicensed and under scrutiny, Bryce is forced into action by Darius’s even more volatile wife, the infamous international con artist Sonia Kincaid. As Bryce is driven over the edge by his two most dangerous protectees, the trio get in over their heads in a global plot and soon find that they are all that stand between Europe and total chaos. Joining in the fun and deadly mayhem are Antonio Banderas as a vengeful and powerful madman and Morgan Freeman as… well, you’ll have to see.
I will say the diynamic between Ryan Renolds, Samuel L. Jackson, and Salma Hayek was as funny as it could be. They all seemed to play there own characters the way it needed to be, as well as work off each other in such a way that was comedy perfect. There are several times you are just straight out laughing out loud.
This is the type of movie you go to to enjoy. Get a large bucket of popcorn, a large soda, and just turn your brain off. This is one that you can have fun at and just enjoy it.
