'The Courier' opens in theaters on March 19th, 2021.
The Courier is a true-life spy thriller, the story of an unassuming British businessman Greville Wynne (Benedict Cumberbatch) recruited into one of the greatest international conflicts in history. At the behest of the UK’s MI-6 and a CIA operative (Rachel Brosnahan), he forms a covert, dangerous partnership with Soviet officer Oleg Penkovsky (Merab Ninidze) in an effort to provide crucial intelligence needed to prevent a nuclear confrontation and defuse the Cuban Missile Crisis.
While this movie does move in a slow motion, it does know how to keep your attention so you are interested in what is happening on screen. There are reasons for you to watch this film, and you will enjoy what is going on.
The acting in this movie is something to take note. Benedict Cumberbatch is an A list actor, so he knows how to protray this character very well on screen. Everyone in this movie actually brings very compelling acting skills to make this movie worth the watch.
If you end up watching this movie, make sure you don't allow yourself to watch this with any discrtactions. Since this is a spy thriller, you will want to pay attention so you don't miss any details. If you end up missing one part in this movie, you may get lost and not know what is going on.
